Ulli offers her clients a
rare combination of Old-World service (from her European upbringing) and an
up-to-date Internet-driven marketing approach. She has a singular focus -
achieving the best price for her clients in every transaction, while making the
process as effortless and worry-free as possible.
She specializes in the
cities of Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale.
With this limited focus, she can stay up-to-date on the latest inventory and
offer in-depth knowledge of the communities and local resources.
Ulli was born and raised in
Southwestern Germany (the Black Forest area). The daughter of successful
entrepreneurs, she was awarded degrees in business and international languages
(English and French) before migrating to the USA to manage the export side of
her family's business. She has lived in the Bay Area for more than 30 years,
and raised three children here. Her children are all bi-lingual (fluent in
English and German); two are attending universities in Germany, while the third
is studying in southern California.
Because of her special
training, Ulli is a very strong negotiator, and prides herself in being
the best advocate for her clients. Past clients praise her dedication,
organizational skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
She is a full-time Realtor®
and an active member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR®).
She has been certified by the National Association of Realtors (NAR®) as an
e-Pro® -- a designation awarded to agents who have special training in the
latest Internet-based real estate tools and techniques for both buyers and
sellers. She also hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation,
certifying training to meet the special needs of mature clients in the sales,
purchase, and refinancing of residential and investment properties.
She speaks English and
German (native speaker), and has a reasonable command of French. Her hobbies
include cooking gourmet meals and baking fabulous German desserts.
